Account and Data Deletion Request – OpenBill

OpenBill allows users to request deletion of their account and associated data.

How to Request Account Deletion

To request deletion of your account and data:

  1. Open the OpenBill app.

  2. Go to Settings and manage your backup data.

  3. Delete any backup files stored in your Google Drive if you no longer wish to keep them.

Alternatively, you can send an email to:

openbillingfree@gmail.com

Subject: Account Deletion Request

Please include the email address associated with your Google account.

What Data Will Be Deleted

Upon verification of your request, we will delete:

  • Account-related information associated with OpenBill

  • Backup data stored by OpenBill in Google Drive (where applicable)

  • User preferences associated with the app

What Data May Be Retained

Certain information may be retained if required for legal, security, fraud prevention, or compliance purposes.

Retention Period

Deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days of verification.
